All junior members of Golf Ontario/Golf Canada will automatically receive a ‘Youth on Course’ membership.

If you are not a current member of Golf Ontario/Golf Canada, you can join here. One of the many benefits of your new membership will be access to the “Youth on Course” program.

Once you’re a registered member, your Golf Ontario/Golf Canada number will also serve as your Youth on Course number. Access everything easily using the app! Membership and app access will take 24 hours following registration, to be active.

Yes. After joining for the first time, you will need to complete the online curriculum to activate your membership number. You will get the link via the email on your profile to complete the online curriculum, once you have paid. It will take about 15 minutes to complete.

You must be at least six (6) years old to join. You can stay a part of Youth on Course until your 19th birthday.

After you sign-up, you will receive an email with your number and a link to complete the online curriculum. It will take up to 24 hours before your Youth on Course membership will be active and allow you to create an account in the app and book a round to play.

If you already have a handicap number from another club, be sure to sign up with that number to avoid being assigned a new one.

Having an active membership number means that you paid for the year and can use your membership. Your number can also be used to establish a handicap to use to track your progress. The World Handicap System helps make the game of golf more enjoyable by allowing golfers of differing abilities to compete on an equitable basis.

After joining, you will get an email with a digital membership card including your unique membership number on it.

• Go on to www.youthoncourse.org/play/ & find the course to see conditions for Youth on Course play
• Call the facility to book your tee time, during Youth on Course designated times.
• Bring your membership number to the course during the designated Youth on Course times and you will play for $5 or less.

Your Golf Ontario/Golf Canada Golf membership (that includes Youth on Course) lasts for one year (12 months) from the time you signed up.

Absolutely! Youth on Course is currently available across North America. If there are participating courses in an area you are visiting, you are welcome to use your membership there regardless of where you live.

You must join Golf Ontario/Golf Canada as a gold member to become a Youth on Course member. The cost of this membership is $59.95 plus tax and gets you access to unlimited $5 greens fees at participating courses during select times.
