Evelyn Ma Leads the Way as Ontario Shines at 2025 Canada Summer Games

Ontario wrapped up a successful run at the 2025 Canada Summer Games in St. John’s, Newfoundland and golf was no exception. Ontario’s young golfers delivered strong performances on the national stage.

One of the standout moments came from Evelyn Ma of Station Creek Golf Club, who earned a silver medal in the women’s division. After finishing tied at 300, Ma claimed second place in a playoff, an impressive achievement in a strong and competitive field.

Ontario’s golf team had a solid showing throughout the tournament. While they didn’t come away with the top spot, their consistent play earned them a bronze medal in the team event. The group’s performance was an important part of Ontario’s overall success at the Games.

Congratulations to Evelyn and the entire Ontario golf team for a strong performance and for proudly representing the province.
